Melt 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add ⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add ½ cloves garlic, minced and ⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add ⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 66⅔ ml chicken stock Add 200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 41⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
