Melt 58⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 16⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 50 cloves garlic, minced and 16⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 83⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 6666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 20000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4166⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
