Melt 58 11/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 16⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 50½ cloves garlic, minced and 16⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 84⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 6733⅓ ml chicken stock Add 20200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4208⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
