Melt 59½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 17 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 51 cloves garlic, minced and 17 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 85 tbsp tomato passata Add 6800 ml chicken stock Add 20400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4250 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
