Melt 61¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 17½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 52½ cloves garlic, minced and 17½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 87½ tbsp tomato passata Add 7000 ml chicken stock Add 21000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4375 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
