Melt 61⅚ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 17⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 53 cloves garlic, minced and 17⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 88⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 7066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 21200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4416⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
