Melt 192½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 55 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 165 cloves garlic, minced and 55 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 275 tbsp tomato passata Add 22000 ml chicken stock Add 66000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 13750 ml cream Add 22000 g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
