Melt 233⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 66⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 200 cloves garlic, minced and 66⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 333⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 26666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 80000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 16666⅔ ml cream Add 26666⅔ g baby spinach Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
