Melt 2 11/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add ⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 2½ cloves garlic, minced and ⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 4⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 1000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 208⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
