Melt 4 1/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 1⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 3½ cloves garlic, minced and 1⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 5⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 466⅔ ml chicken stock Add 1400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 291⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
