Melt 44⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 12⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 38 cloves garlic, minced and 12⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 63⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 5066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 15200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3166⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
