Melt 45½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 13 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 39 cloves garlic, minced and 13 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 65 tbsp tomato passata Add 5200 ml chicken stock Add 15600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3250 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
