Melt 46⅔ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 13⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 40 cloves garlic, minced and 13⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 66⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 5333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 16000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3333⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
