Melt 47¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 13½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 40½ cloves garlic, minced and 13½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 67½ tbsp tomato passata Add 5400 ml chicken stock Add 16200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3375 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
