Melt 48 5/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 13⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 41½ cloves garlic, minced and 13⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 69⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 5533⅓ ml chicken stock Add 16600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3458⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
