Melt 49 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 14 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 42 cloves garlic, minced and 14 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 70 tbsp tomato passata Add 5600 ml chicken stock Add 16800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3500 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
