Melt 49 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 14⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 42½ cloves garlic, minced and 14⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 70⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 5666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 17000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 3541⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
