Melt 56 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 16⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 48½ cloves garlic, minced and 16⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 80⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 6466⅔ ml chicken stock Add 19400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4041⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
