Melt 57⅙ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 16⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 49 cloves garlic, minced and 16⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 81⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 6533⅓ ml chicken stock Add 19600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4083⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
