Melt 57¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 16½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 49½ cloves garlic, minced and 16½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 82½ tbsp tomato passata Add 6600 ml chicken stock Add 19800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4125 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
