Method
Mix 375 g flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar Add 2 tbsp sunflower oil Add 235 ml water, warm gradually while mixing Knead for 8-10 minutes Cover with damp cloth Rest for 30 minutes Divide into {serves} balls Roll out into 20cm disc Brush with oil Roll into log, coil into spiral Flatten again into round disc Repeat for all dough balls Heat skillet Cook 1 minute until bubbles appear Flip, brush with oil, cook 1 minute Flip again, brush and cook until golden
