Method
Butterfly and flatten chicken breasts Dredge in seasoned flour Fry in butter and olive oil (2-3 minutes per side) Remove and add sliced garlic Deglaze with chicken stock and lemon juice Add capers and chicken Cook with a lid on until chicken is cooked Add parsley
