"Short Ribs"

Ingredients

1⅕ kg short rib
2 onions, diced
2 carrots, diced
90 ml soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp flour
1 litre stock
2 bay leaves
60 ml rice vinegar

Method

Brown the ribs
Add 2 onions, diced and 2 carrots, diced, cook 5 mins
Add 90 ml soy sauce and 60 ml rice vinegar
Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and 2 tbsp flour
Add 1 litre stock and 2 bay leaves
Simmer for at least four hours
