Sweat 1 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 1 large carrot, chopped and 6 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 20 g parsley, chopped Add 20 g coriander, chopped Add ¾ tsp ground turmeric Add 2 tsp ground cumin Add 1 tsp chili flakes Add 600 g lamb mince Season with ¾ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 1 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 40 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
