Sweat 16¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 16¾ large carrot, chopped and 100½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 335 g parsley, chopped Add 335 g coriander, chopped Add 12 9/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 33½ tsp ground cumin Add 16¾ tsp chili flakes Add 10050 g lamb mince Season with 12 9/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 16¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 670 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
