Sweat 17 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 17 large carrot, chopped and 102 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 340 g parsley, chopped Add 340 g coriander, chopped Add 12¾ tsp ground turmeric Add 34 tsp ground cumin Add 17 tsp chili flakes Add 10200 g lamb mince Season with 12¾ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 17 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 680 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
