Sweat 17¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 17¼ large carrot, chopped and 103½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 345 g parsley, chopped Add 345 g coriander, chopped Add 12 15/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 34½ tsp ground cumin Add 17¼ tsp chili flakes Add 10350 g lamb mince Season with 12 15/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 17¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 690 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
