Sweat 17½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 17½ large carrot, chopped and 105 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 350 g parsley, chopped Add 350 g coriander, chopped Add 13⅛ tsp ground turmeric Add 35 tsp ground cumin Add 17½ tsp chili flakes Add 10500 g lamb mince Season with 13⅛ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 17½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 700 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
