Sweat 17¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 17¾ large carrot, chopped and 106½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 355 g parsley, chopped Add 355 g coriander, chopped Add 13 5/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 35½ tsp ground cumin Add 17¾ tsp chili flakes Add 10650 g lamb mince Season with 13 5/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 17¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 710 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
