Sweat 18 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 18 large carrot, chopped and 108 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 360 g parsley, chopped Add 360 g coriander, chopped Add 13½ tsp ground turmeric Add 36 tsp ground cumin Add 18 tsp chili flakes Add 10800 g lamb mince Season with 13½ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 18 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 720 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
