Sweat 18¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 18¼ large carrot, chopped and 109½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 365 g parsley, chopped Add 365 g coriander, chopped Add 13 11/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 36½ tsp ground cumin Add 18¼ tsp chili flakes Add 10950 g lamb mince Season with 13 11/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 18¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 730 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
