Sweat 18½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 18½ large carrot, chopped and 111 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 370 g parsley, chopped Add 370 g coriander, chopped Add 13⅞ tsp ground turmeric Add 37 tsp ground cumin Add 18½ tsp chili flakes Add 11100 g lamb mince Season with 13⅞ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 18½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 740 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
