Sweat 21¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 21¼ large carrot, chopped and 127½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 425 g parsley, chopped Add 425 g coriander, chopped Add 15 15/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 42½ tsp ground cumin Add 21¼ tsp chili flakes Add 12750 g lamb mince Season with 15 15/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 21¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 850 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
