Sweat 21½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 21½ large carrot, chopped and 129 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 430 g parsley, chopped Add 430 g coriander, chopped Add 16⅛ tsp ground turmeric Add 43 tsp ground cumin Add 21½ tsp chili flakes Add 12900 g lamb mince Season with 16⅛ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 21½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 860 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
