Sweat 21¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 21¾ large carrot, chopped and 130½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 435 g parsley, chopped Add 435 g coriander, chopped Add 16 5/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 43½ tsp ground cumin Add 21¾ tsp chili flakes Add 13050 g lamb mince Season with 16 5/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 21¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 870 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
