Sweat 22 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 22 large carrot, chopped and 132 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 440 g parsley, chopped Add 440 g coriander, chopped Add 16½ tsp ground turmeric Add 44 tsp ground cumin Add 22 tsp chili flakes Add 13200 g lamb mince Season with 16½ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 22 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 880 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
