Sweat 22¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 22¼ large carrot, chopped and 133½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 445 g parsley, chopped Add 445 g coriander, chopped Add 16 11/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 44½ tsp ground cumin Add 22¼ tsp chili flakes Add 13350 g lamb mince Season with 16 11/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 22¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 890 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
