Sweat 22½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 22½ large carrot, chopped and 135 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 450 g parsley, chopped Add 450 g coriander, chopped Add 16⅞ tsp ground turmeric Add 45 tsp ground cumin Add 22½ tsp chili flakes Add 13500 g lamb mince Season with 16⅞ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 22½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 900 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
