Sweat 22¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 22¾ large carrot, chopped and 136½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 455 g parsley, chopped Add 455 g coriander, chopped Add 17 1/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 45½ tsp ground cumin Add 22¾ tsp chili flakes Add 13650 g lamb mince Season with 17 1/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 22¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 910 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
