Sweat 23 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 23 large carrot, chopped and 138 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 460 g parsley, chopped Add 460 g coriander, chopped Add 17¼ tsp ground turmeric Add 46 tsp ground cumin Add 23 tsp chili flakes Add 13800 g lamb mince Season with 17¼ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 23 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 920 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
