Sweat 23¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 23¼ large carrot, chopped and 139½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 465 g parsley, chopped Add 465 g coriander, chopped Add 17 7/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 46½ tsp ground cumin Add 23¼ tsp chili flakes Add 13950 g lamb mince Season with 17 7/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 23¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 930 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
