Sweat 23½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 23½ large carrot, chopped and 141 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 470 g parsley, chopped Add 470 g coriander, chopped Add 17⅝ tsp ground turmeric Add 47 tsp ground cumin Add 23½ tsp chili flakes Add 14100 g lamb mince Season with 17⅝ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 23½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 940 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
