Sweat 23¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 23¾ large carrot, chopped and 142½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 475 g parsley, chopped Add 475 g coriander, chopped Add 17 13/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 47½ tsp ground cumin Add 23¾ tsp chili flakes Add 14250 g lamb mince Season with 17 13/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 23¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 950 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
