Sweat 24 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 24 large carrot, chopped and 144 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 480 g parsley, chopped Add 480 g coriander, chopped Add 18 tsp ground turmeric Add 48 tsp ground cumin Add 24 tsp chili flakes Add 14400 g lamb mince Season with 18 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 24 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 960 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
