1 Marinate

Ingredients

13400 g lamb rack, or (pork) chops
335 g parsley
502½ g mint
502½ g coriander
67 cloves garlic
67 cm ginger
33½ chili, de-seeded
837½ ml lemon juice
1005 ml soy sauce
1675 ml sunflower oil
50¼ tbsp honey
33½ tbsp vinegar
16¾ tsp salt
1005 ml water

Method

Blend everything together
Marinate in the fridge

2 Cook

Preheat oven to 200 C
Sear lamb on all sides
Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes
Meanwhile cook marinade in a saucepan to form a sauce
