2 Lemon syrup

Ingredients

1 lemon
80 ml water
3 tbsp sugar

Method

Peel and slice lemon rind
Add to small saucepan with lemon juice
Add water
Add sugar
Boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes
Leave to cool completely
