Ingredients

120 ml warm water
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp lime juice
5 tbsp fish sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili flakes

300 g braised meat
6 cloves garlic
6 spring onions
1 small cabbage, shredded

Method

Saute 6 cloves garlic
Add 1 small cabbage, shredded and 6 spring onions
Saute until tender
Combine with 300 g braised meat
Assemble spring rolls
