Preheat oven to 175C Mix ½ cup butter, melted, ½ cup tahini, 50 g sugar, 2 tbsp maple syrup, {vanilla} Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp baking soda Add ¼ cup milk, 170 g ground almond Mix to combine Add 150 g pecans, roasted and 50 g dark chocolate, chopped Add to parchment-lined loaf tin Bake for 20-25 minutes Keep in fridge
