Melt 64⅙ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 18⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 55 cloves garlic, minced and 18⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 91⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 7333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 22000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4583⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
