Melt 36¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 10½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 31½ cloves garlic, minced and 10½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 52½ tbsp tomato passata Add 4200 ml chicken stock Add 12600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2625 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
